Terms and Conditions
When using our online store you are verifying that all information provided by you is accurate.
Shipments to addresses in North Carolina will be charged sales tax.
Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.
Although we try to keep the website as up to date as possible, a small number of the items may be priced incorrectly, described inaccurately or unavailable. We will update information throughout the website as available. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. All prices listed online are subject to change at any time and may not be the same as in-store offers. We carry a variety of brands in our t-shirts and sweatshirts which may not all be listed in the description.
We will gladly accept returns within 60 days of purchase on unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise. Please allow 7-10 business days for approval and processing.
If the merchandise did not fulfill its purpose, then kindly return it along with the tags attached and your sales receipt, which will show us the form of payment.
If you paid by cash or check we will reimburse you with a company check once your check has cleared our bank. Our company policy mandates a two-week waiting period for out of state checks and a one-week waiting period for in state checks. There will be a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks. Accounts will be credited for credit card purchases.
If you paid by credit card, we will credit your card in the amount of the refund.
Without your receipt, we will gladly refund your purchase with a store credit at the most recent markdown.
Returns mailed through the Post Office should be sent to Gray’s, P.O. Box 1097, Kitty Hawk, N.C. 27949.
Returns mailed through U.P.S. should be sent to Gray’s, 3860 N. Croatan Highway, Kitty Hawk, N.C. 27949.
In the case of an exchange, please contact us by phone at (800) 382-5006 or email at email@example.com to ensure we have the size/color you need prior to returning the merchandise. Please remember to include $8.75 to cover the cost of return shipping and handling.
Gray’s will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen gift certificates with a remaining balance.
